What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who we are
We Speak Geek is the trading name of WSG Internet Services Group, based in Camden, Tennessee. This policy covers the website at wespeakgeek.com.
What we collect
We collect information only when you give it to us:
- The contact form. Your name, email address and message, plus your business name and phone number if you choose to add them.
- With each form message, our server also records the date, time and the internet address (IP address) the message came from. This helps us spot spam and abuse.
- Calls, texts and emails. If you contact us directly, we keep what you send us and your contact details so we can reply.
This website does not take payments, and it does not ask you to create an account.
What we don't do
- We do not use cookies on this site.
- We do not use analytics or tracking tools that follow you around the web.
- We do not show advertising.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Ever.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message and answer your questions.
- To provide the services you ask us for, such as a website, hosting, email or a domain name.
- To keep ordinary business records.
We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
A small number of companies handle information on our behalf so the site and our email can work:
- Our web and email hosting provider stores form messages and email, and keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser details.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our customers and our systems from fraud or abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details for as long as we need them to help you and to maintain our business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it for legal or tax reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@wespeakgeek.com or call 731-213-1231, and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
This site uses an encrypted connection (the padlock in your address bar), and we limit who can see your information. No website or email system can promise perfect security, so please do not send passwords or payment card numbers through the contact form.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. When we add online ordering or customer accounts, this policy will be updated to cover them.
